YEREVAN. – The well-informed sources of Zhoghovurd daily inform that Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan is in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, these days, the daily reports.  

“According to our information, Kocharyan is meeting with the representatives of NKR’s a variety of circles, including Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan. 

In an interview with Zhoghovurd, [however,] Bako Sahakyan’s spokesperson Davit Babayan neither confirmed nor denied our information that Kocharyan is in NKR.  

‘Had there been a formal meeting, we would have informed. I do not know anything else,’ the spokesperson informed,” Zhoghovurd writes.
