YEREVAN. – The holding of PACE thematic workshops is a good opportunity for the employees of the national parliaments to get familiar with the Council of Europe organizations and activities. 

Armenian National Assembly (NA) Chief of Staff Gurgen Dumanyan stated the aforesaid, on Wednesday in Strasbourg, France, during his talk with Wojciech Sawicki, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

The interlocutors gave a high assessment to the effective cooperation between the Armenian NA and the PACE secretariat, the NA press service informs.   

Dumanyan and Sawicki also discussed future interaction and pointed to the need to implement new knowledge-exchange programs.
