Turkey may become the biggest importer of Russian natural gas, Gazprom chief Alexey Miller said.

“Turkey is interested in increasing imports of gas because of growing demand. According to forecasts, a 20-percent growth may be registered in the near future,” Gazprom CEO said during a press conference, RBK reported.

Consequently, Turkey will become the biggest importer of Russian gas and will surpass Germany, he added.
