YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan on Monday received Georgian Interior Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
The Minister toured the emergency ministry, crisis management center and participated in the consultation convened by the ministry’s leadership.
Presenting the structure and mission of the ministry, Armen Yeritsyan expressed confidence that cooperation between the Armenian and Georgian colleagues must be closer.
In his turn, member of the delegation, head of Emergency Situation department of the Georgian Interior Ministry Jivad Katsashvili said the sides need to enhance cooperation in order to provide more effective and fast assistance to the citizens of Armenia and Georgia affected by the incidents in both states.
