ETCHMIADZIN. – Under the guidance of Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, the Office of Conceptual Church Issues is established at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.  

On Wednesday, and with the patriarchal guidance, Bishop Bagrat Galstanian was appointed Director of the Office of Conceptual Church Issues.
