YEREVAN. – Famous Armenian showman, announcer, and actor Mark Saghatelyan died Wednesday at 12:30pm, at Nairi Medical Center of capital city Yerevan. 

Armenia’s chief anesthesiologist Anatoli Gnuni informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The physician noted that Saghatelyan’s illness was incurable and he died without regaining consciousness.    

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, Mark Saghatelyan was urgently transferred to Nairi Medical Center on Tuesday. He was diagnosed with acute leukemia thrombohemorrhagic syndrome and cerebral hemorrhage, a Center representative had informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. He was taken to the reanimation ward, and in a critical situation.

According to our information, Saghatelyan was to travel to Germany on Tuesday evening to undergo a medical examination, but his trip was postponed due to his deteriorating health.
