Three people died and three others were hospitalized as a result of a road accident that occurred in Maykop, Russia.   

According to preliminary data, a 60-year resident of Armenia, who was driving a VAZ 2101-model vehicle, lost control of the car, went into the opposite lane, and crashed into a VAZ 21102, which was driven by a 26-year-old local.

As a result of the collision, both drivers plus a 48-year-old female passenger in the VAZ 2101 died on the spot. 

Three others sustained serious injuries and were transferred to the Adygea Republican Hospital.
