YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Ministry’s investigation service has opened a criminal case in connection with wounding of 19-year-old solider in Karabakh, spokesperson Meri Sargsyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The criminal case was opened on charges of “murder committed in a way dangerous for the life of many people and out of motives of national, race or religious hate”.
A Karabakh soldier was wounded on Wednesday in regular ceasefire violation case by the Azerbaijani side.
Arshak Mkrtchyan (born in 1994) was wounded as a result of fire from the Azerbaijani side in the direction of one of the northern positions of Karabakh defense army.
