YEREVAN. – The deputy from opposition Armenian National Congress said Foreign Minister, unfortunately, did not have answers to the lawmakers’ questions concerning the Customs Union.
Nikol Pashinyan said he could not disclose the details as the meeting was behind closed doors.
“We did not get any informative report,” Pashinyan said.
Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian on Tuesday offered the National Assembly clarifications on the authorities’ decision to become a member in the Customs Union. The meeting was held behind closed doors.
Last week President Serzh Sargsyan declared Armenia’s readiness to join the Customs Union and participate in the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
