YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, who is in China on a working visit, met, in Dalian city, with executive director Wang Zhijun of China Communication Construction Company, which specializes in road construction.

The company director assured Sargsyan that they seek representation in the domain of road construction in Armenia. He added that they already are developing several proposals which they will submit for discussions at the Government of Armenia.     

Subsequently, Armenia’s PM met with the representatives from Inspur, which is an Information Technology (IT) company.

Company Vice President Zhang Dong expressed Sargsyan willingness to collaborate with Armenia. As per the company official, there is a great potential for development and a broad prospect for cooperation in this sector.    

In turn PM Sargsyan informed the company representatives that the IT sector is a priority of the Armenian government, and he noted that the country has a representation at Silicon Valley.

Tigran Sargsyan also presented the advantages of the free economic zone, which recently opened in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.
