YEREVAN. – The information, according to which the term of Armenia’s chairmanship at the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Ministers is coming to an end on October 10, is not true.

Armenian MFA Press Secretary Tigran Balayan told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The term of Armenia’s chairmanship at the CoE Committee of Ministers is not coming to an end on October 10, but rather in mid-November,” Balayan added.

To note, news was disseminated in the press, according to which FM Edward Nalbandian will deliver an address on October 2, during the fall session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), and bring Armenia’s six-month chairmanship to a close.
