YEREVAN. – Armenian parliament’s standing committee on defense, national security and internal affairs on Tuesday discussed the package of bills proposing amendments to the law “On Amending the RA Law on Fighting against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.”

The bill was presented by the chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Arthur Javadyan.

The Committee Chairman Koryun Nahapetyan delivered a speech, pointing to the neglects of the bill.

In his final speech, Artur Javadyan admitted the remarks and recommendation and assured that necessary amendments would be debated and included in the package of bills in the next three days.

The Committee endorsed the whole package submitted for the second and first readings.
