The United States should respond to Iran’s sincerity and lift its sanctions imposed against Iran, US Secretary of State John Kerry said in an interview aired on CBS’s “60 Minutes” on Sunday.

In his view, less time will be needed to regulate Iran’s nuclear program than the time earlier specified by Iran’s new President Hassan Rouhani, who had assumed that three to six months would be needed to this end.

As per Kerry, the right to entry into all of Iran’s nuclear facilities, Iran’s voluntary signing of a document on conducting inspections in these facilities, and official Tehran’s voluntary refusal to enrich uranium may become a basis for respective changes, reports Rosbalt news agency of Russia.

To note, Presidents Barack Obama and Hassan Rouhani of the United States and Iran earlier discussed on the telephone the agreement on official Tehran’s nuclear program. The aforesaid was the first talks between the presidents of the two countries ever since 1979.
