Russia’s ombudsman Vladimir Lukin offers to introduce visa regime with CIS states as a part of struggle against illegal migration.

“I support the introduction of visa regime. But at the same time I am for giving the people that have lived and worked honestly for a long time and have not been involved in corruption and crimes the right to normal life,” he told Interfax.

He called for tough measures against illegal migrants who are violating the law.
