The suspected murderer of Russian young man in Moscow has been detained.

Orkhan Zeynalov, a native of Azerbaijan, was detained in Kolomna, a town in the Moscow Region, RIA Novosti reported quoting the representative of Internal Affairs Ministry.

“He is being transported to Moscow,” law enforcers told the agency.

The death of Yegor Shcherbakov sparked mass protests in the southern district of Moscow. The incident made local residents take to the streets. They marched to the police department urging to find and punish the attacker and toughen migration laws. Nationalists and skinheads attacked the local trade centers, around 400 people were detained.
