Russia will create 81 centers for illegal migrants next year, head of federal migration service said.

“The half of the migrant centers will be created from scratch, and half will be provided by police,” Konstantin Romodanovsky said in an interview with Kommersant.

Each center will meet international standards, and conditions will be milder than in detention cell or Golyanovo camp that was closed in late August.

According to the data provided by Romodanovsky, natives of Moscow commit 52 of all crimes in the capital and 48 percent falls on migrants.
