METSAMOR. – The Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP) was reconnected to the country’s energy grid and it resumed production of electricity on Sunday. 

To note, the ANPP was disconnected from the energy grid on September 22, to conduct refueling, annual planned overhaul, and to raise its safety level.

The measures toward increasing its safety level are fully implemented, and the refueling and planned overhaul are conducted, inform the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant representatives.
