YEREVAN. – Armenia and Switzerland will sign an agreement to cooperate in the field of education and science.

The government on Thursday approved a project, according to which the sides will provide assistance to the students in the universities of a partner state on terms equal with students of their own country.

In addition, the agreement provides for cooperation on exchange of experience, including work on the legal instruments in the field of education. The parties will also encourage the study of languages, history and culture of a partner state in their own countries.

Besides, Armenia and Switzerland will step up efforts to cooperate on education and science within the framework of international agencies.
