BAKU. – An earthquake was registered in the Caspian Sea.

The quake was recorded Sunday at 11:45pm, local time, the Republican Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan informed APA news agency of Azerbaijan.  

The tremor measured magnitude 3.5, and its hypocenter was 39 kilometers below the sea.

But the seismic activity was not felt.
