YEREVAN. – Former head of justice department has been arrested, police representative told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Earlier Misak Martirosyan was charged with taking bribes and fraud.

As reported earlier Martirosyan was detained last week. He is suspected of accepting a bribe for appointing a person to certain position. The case is being investigated by Yerevan police’s investigative service.
