YEREVAN. – If the Armenian side finds the funds, Iran is ready to immediately begin construction of its part of the Iran-Armenia railway, Ambassador Mohammad Reisi said.

“We have informed the authorities of Armenia, if they find investors, and thanks to this it becomes possible to build a railway in the territory of Armenia, which establishes communication with Georgia and then with Russia, will be ready to immediately begin construction of our part at the expense of the budget funds,” Reisi said during the press conference on Tuesday.
