Preparation of roadmap for Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian integration organizations will be discussed on December 24 during the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.

“The Presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will discuss the main directions for integration cooperation between the member countries of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space, and the state of progress in work to establish the Eurasian Economic Union by January 1, 2015.

They will also discuss drafting and implementation of roadmaps for the accession of Kyrgyzstan and Armenia to the Eurasian integration organizations,” reads the statement posted on the Kremlin website.  .

“Following the summit, a number of joint decisions on harmonising customs policy, regulating natural monopolies and competition rules will be signed.”
