YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ambassador to Vietnam, Raisa Vardanyan, on Wednesday was received by Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng of Vietnam.  

Highly appreciating the friendly relations between Armenia and Vietnam, the interlocutors stressed the need to deepen cooperation between the two countries, informs the Armenian MFA press service. 

The Armenian ambassador and the Vietnamese PM discussed the avenues for the strengthening of bilateral relations in several domains and expanding the legal and contractual framework between Armenia and Vietnam.     

The parties also exchanged views on the establishment of an intergovernmental committee and a joint chamber of commerce between both countries, and they underscored the need to reinstate the exchange of students, scientists, scholars, and teachers of Armenia and Vietnam.
