An Armenian man was killed in a Beirut explosion on Friday, editor of Armenian-Lebanese daily reported.

Gevorg Takhtanjyan (born in 1938) was killed, Shahan Kandaharian, editor of Aztag daily, told Armenian News-NEWS.am. Another Armenian man was wounded.

As reported earlier, around 70 people were wounded in a blast. The death toll has reached five. A car exploded in the center of Beirut killing former minister Mohammad Shatah.
