Those that seek the Armenians’’ treasures in Turkey have even started giving YouTube lessons on how to steal these treasures.

Taraf daily of Turkey covered these “video guides” noting, however, that the surprising thing is that each of these YouTube videos has over 10,000 hits.  

In one of these “video guides,” which is entitled “A secret safe in an Armenian home,” the creator of the video states that, prior to the Genocide, the Armenians had kept their expensive objects and jewelry either in special repositories at their homes, or in their gardens.          

“After the genocide, some Armenians managed to return and take their treasures, or they took back their expensive objects and jewelry by way of the [Armenian] Patriarchate [of Constantinople]. 

“This notwithstanding, there still is numerous Armenian homes where the treasures still remain. [But] never use maps or signs to find the Armenians’ treasures. Look for the treasures at the homes and in the gardens,” the “video guide” informs.
