In 2013, the Georgian lari dropped by 5.4 percent, as compared to the American dollar, HispanicBusiness online magazine writes citing Rezonansi newspaper of Georgia.

For comparison, the magazine points out that the exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat has not changed, whereas the Armenian dram has depreciated by 0.1 percent. 

Also, the Ukrainian hryvnia did not decrease in value, in the case when the Turkish lira devalued by 23.3 percent. 

In addition, the Russian ruble slumped by 9.2 percent.
