There is no place in the world that the United States are retreating, Secretary of State John Kerry said.

“I can’t think of a place in the world that we are retreating, not one. And I believe we are engaged in a profoundly proactive and visionary way to try to give life to this partnership in ways that make a difference,” he said at the Munich Security Conference.

John Kerry touched upon the Karabakh conflict and the Cyprus dispute.
