YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday issued a message of congratulations to People’s Painter of Armenia Zakar Khachatryan, on the occasion of his 90th birth anniversary. 

“The excellent academic education, [and] the four years spent in Second World War have made you one of our painting’s most interesting representatives for whom every human life is precious, and who does not cease to admire and ravish with the miraculous pictures of nature.  

“I wish you health, a happy life, and all the best,” the Armenian President’s congratulatory message reads, in particular.
