STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic  Bako Sahakyan on Thursday received personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

They discussed the issues related to the current stage of talks on the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement and its prospects, as well as situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces.
