STEPANAKERT. – In accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

The monitoring will be held Tuesday, in the Martakert-Terter road section, informs the NKR MFA press service.

From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria), field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, and by Office staff member Peter Svedberg.

The NKR authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.
