YEREVAN. – Armenian government is ready to grant tax preferences to Rosneft, PM Tigran Sargsyan said in the parliament on Wednesday.

Rosneft is going to re-equip Nairit rubber plant and would like to work in the format of a free economic zone.

“We think that this option is acceptable, as we speak about investments totaling around $500 million,” Sargsyan emphasized.

He assured that during implementation of this project, special attention will be paid to Nairit staff, as their professional skills will be useful.
