A seminar devoted to the Armenian Genocide was convened Thursday in Prague, and under the auspices of the Philosophy Department of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.    

The keynote speaker at the event was Armenian Studies specialist Petra Kolářová, who has specialized in Armenian history and Czech-language translation of Armenian literature.  

Kolářová presented the historical course of the Armenian Genocide, screened respective photographs, and answered the questions posed by the scholars in attendance.
