The OSCE mission in Ukraine started its work in Crimea despite the reports saying the mission was not allowed to enter the Autonomous Republic.

The OSCE mission arrived in Crimea on March 4. They are conducting meetings with the representatives of the local communities of Crimea, Ukrainian Pravda reported quoting the office of OSCE project coordinator in Ukraine.

In particular, the mission members held meetings with the representatives of Crimean parliament. However, the agenda is changing every 5 minutes.
