YEREVAN. –  Head of staff of the Finance Minster appeared before the demonstrators protesting against cumulative pension plan.

He offered to form a group of 5-6 negotiators for talks with Minister Davit Sargsyan. However, the offer was rejected by protestors who claim they would talk to the Minister only in front of the building.

The demonstrators threw coins near the ministry building and blocked the nearby street. Police detained several participants and are trying to push the back from the street.
