YEREVAN. – Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan on Monday received Romanian Ambassador to Armenia Sorin Vasile, and Romanian Embassy Consular Office Head Dragoş Zamfirescu. 

Gasparyan expressed satisfaction by the police force’s inclusion in the programs of Armenian-Romanian cooperation.   
Presenting the ongoing reforms in Armenia’s police system, Gasparyan noted that the modernization of the country’s police force also includes an expansion of, and an improvement in, the domains of cooperation, and he outlined a variety of avenues.   

In turn, Ambassador Vasile presented several projects of collaboration with Armenia’s Police, and assured that the already established partnership will deepen.

The interlocutors also conferred on several other matters of mutual interest.
