YEREVAN. – Armenian Justice Ministry will set up a working group to develop new concept and draft of a new Criminal Code, Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan said.

The new concept will be designed by April 10, 2014 and the draft of new Criminal Code will be presented by July 2015.

The working group will participate in special public debates on the issue and will study proposals of the concerned agencies and organizations, including international ones.

If necessary, the group will submit professional analysis of  provisions of the concept and draft code.
