Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Baku office on Wednesday visited Armenians held in Azerbaijani captivity.

During the visit, letters were exchanged, Yerevan office representative Zara Amatuni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

This is the first time ICRC visited Arsen Khojoyan, a citizen of Karmraghbyur village of Tavush Region who was captured in Tovuz Region of Azerbaijan last week.

Besides, among the captives is Armenian serviceman Hakob Injighulyan. He found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan on August 8, 2013. He was taken to Azerbaijani capital city Baku the next day.

On January 10, 2010, in a car, Yeghishe Gevorgyan and his family breached Armenian-Azerbaijani border and entered Azerbaijani territory. Gevorgyan has eight previous convictions.
