Russian president Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma draft bills related to incorporation of Crimea into the Russian Federation.

Earlier Duma speaker Sergey Naryshkin said one of the documents is an inter-state treaty that will be submitted for ratification and the second is a draft bill on federal constitutional law that determines the status and borders of new RF entities.

“Both bills have been submitted to the State Duma,” he told RIA Novosti.
