STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on Thursday visited the Artsakh State University where he met the students and professors.

The President introduced achievements registered in various fields of the republic’s economy in 2013, existing problems and plans for 2014, as well as touched upon issues related to the country’s domestic and foreign policy.

Bako Sahakyan answered to questions raised by attendees too.

President Sahakyan stressed  importance of regular meetings with the Artsakh State University students and faculty, noting that the Alma Mater was the largest scientific and educational institution of the state and one of the key sources of the state’s  intellectual and professional resources.
