YEREVAN. – Armenia's IT companies asked president and parliament to annul pension reform, the companies said in a statement.

They refuse to calculate and transfer cumulative pension payments, explaining their decision by the judgment of Constitutional Court that recognized unconstitutional a number of provisions of pension law.

According to the Constitution and the law, the principle of human rights is a priority in legal relations. Employees of the companies asked employers not to violate their constitutional rights.

At the same time, the format of electronic reporting of the  Armenian State Revenue Committee does not allow to refuse form collecting payments.

“We urge the Ministry of Finance to provide legal justification for the changes in these procedures,” IT-companies said in a statement .

The companies asked the president and parliament  to annual the law on pensions or turn the system from mandatory to voluntary one.
