In the Russian capital city, he will participate in the meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Security Council Secretaries.
Baghdasaryan is expected to also deliver an address at the event, the NSC press service informed.
Within the framework of his visit, Arthur Baghdasaryan also will meet with Russian Federation Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, and CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha.
