YEREVAN. – Well-known Armenian businessman, Grand Holding Ltd President Hrant Vardanyan died in the early morning hours on Sunday in a capital city Yerevan hospital. 

Vardanyan was hospitalized after suffering a cardiac arrest. 

The requiem ceremony for the entrepreneur will be held on Tuesday at Surb Sargis Church in Nor Nork district.
The last farewell ceremony for Vardanyan will take place on Wednesday at Komitas Chamber Music Hall.

On the same day, he will be laid to his final rest at Yerevan City Pantheon.  

Hrant Vardanyan was 65 years old.
