YEREVAN. – The visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Yerevan has not affected the settlement of Karabakh conflict, former Ombudsman Larisa Alaverdyan told reporters.

“You can say many good things in fact saying nothing,” she said, commenting on Lavrov's remarks concerning Karabakh.
 
Moreover, Alaverdyan noted strange unity in approach of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states towards resolution  of Karabakh conflict based on the Madrid Principles.

During his visit to Yerevan earlier this week, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov said his country is interested in the speediest resolution of Karabakh conflict.
