YEREVAN. – Building of the third electricity line between Armenia and Iran will get underway in the near future.
Energy and Natural Resources Minister of Armenia Yervand Zakharyan told the aforementioned to reporters on Wednesday. 

As per Zakharyan, the other matter on Armenia’s energy sector agenda with Iran is the construction of two hydroelectric power plants on Araks River, with one plant in each country.

“Our cooperation in the energy sector is quite effective and it continues to develop,” the minister added.
