The Russian Federation State Duma (RF Parliament) has passed a law which toughens the procedures for issuing work permits to migrant workers in the country, the Rosbalt news agency reported.
This law stipulates that work permits be issued solely if, when entering RF, a foreign citizen has indicated in the immigration cards that he has arrived in Russia to work.
This requirement will apply to those immigrants, including Armenian citizens, who travel to Russia without a visa.
