YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who is in Argentinia within the framework of President Serzh Sargsyan's visit was received by his Argentinean counterpart  Hector Marcos Timerman.

The ministers expressed confidence that president's official viist to Argentina will give new momentum to deepening of cooperation in various fields.

The sides recalled their meetings in Buenos Aires, Yerevan and other international forums, noting implementation of the reached arrangements. The role of Armenian community was noted in the context of development of bilateral ties.

Minister Nalbandian said the opening of Armenian embassy in Buenos Aires, first Armenian embassy in Latin America, proves importance that Armenian side is  attaching to development of relations between the states.

The ministers discussed issues of common agenda as well as international challenges, exchanged views on cooperation within international agencies.
