YEREVAN. – The European Union has not lost interest in Armenia, Ambassador of France is convinced.

Significant progress in Armenia-EU relations has been registered within Eastern Partnership project, Henri Reynaud said during a press conference on Friday.

“Armenia has received and continues to receive financial support from the Union. Armenia is also involved in certain new projects. EU's interest in Armenia was formally reflected in the statement adopted during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius,” he said.

Armenia and EU continue interaction in accordance with text of the mentioned statement and taking into account Armenia's willingness to join Eurasian Economic Union, Ambassador added.
