Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan has sent condolences to Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev, and in connection with the tragic incident that took place in Moscow Subway.

“Sharing your grief, I ask you to please convey [our] sincere words of support and sympathy to the relatives and friends of all the victims, and wish speedy recovery to all the injured,” the Armenian PM’s message specifically runs.   

Three subway cars were derailed in Moscow Subway on Tuesday morning. As a result, the total number of affected is 162, 22 of whom have lost their lives. There are 129 injured—including two young Armenian women—in hospitals, and a criminal case is instituted on the incident.
