According to Igor Komarov, the attorney of arrested Russian-Armenian businessman Levon Hayrapetyan, the initial formulation of the criminal case in which Hayrapetyan is a suspect, is not final.
“It may be modified several times in the investigation phase,” the Russian Kommersant daily quoted Komarov as saying.
A Moscow court on Thursday sanctioned the arrest of Levon Hayrapetyan, who is suspected of dirty money squandering and laundering. The court granted the investigator’s respective motion and set arrest until September 15 as his restraining order.
