Belarus may join Russia's restrictive measures imposed on the import of milk, diary products and meat from Ukraine, chief veterinarian of Belarus said during his meeting with Rosselkhoznadzor's deputy head Yevgeniy Nepoklonov.
Yuri Pivovarchik said Belarus will enforce laboratory control on the diary products imported from Ukraine, Rosbalt reported.
A ban on imports of vegetable, fruit and fish preserves from Ukraine has come into force on Tuesday. Earlier import of Ukrainian milk was banned as well.
